Before you start to fill in your registration form, you might find having some of the following documents to hand helpful. This is because we need certain details from them to process your registration.
- National Insurance Number – You can find this on your HMRC letter, P45 or P60
- Birth Certificate
- CV
- Passport
- Visa/Residence Card (if you are from outside the EU)
- ID Card
- Drivers Licence
- Qualifications and exam results
- Courses or training completed
- Bank account details (to pay your wages into)
- Any details about health conditions you suffer from
- If you are registering on a mobile phone or tablet, please ensure you have a copy of your CV on the device to upload when requested. This can be in a PDF, TXT or DOC file.
