MK Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting for a qualified PAT Tester to join our client based in Wolverton on a 3-week temporary assignment.

If you’re an experienced PAT Tester looking for an immediate start, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a range of electrical equipment, ensuring all appliances meet current safety standards and are correctly tested, labelled and documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PAT testing on portable electrical equipment.
• Complete visual inspections before testing.
• Accurately record test results and maintain testing records.
• Label equipment with pass or fail status.
• Identify and report any faulty or unsafe equipment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised PAT Testing qualification (essential).
• Previous experience carrying out PAT testing.
• Good understanding of current electrical safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to completing the assignment.
