Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• A willingness to learn new skills; experience as a cook is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
