MK Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client in Wolverton, Milton Keynes for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their busy warehouse team.

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently while supporting the wider warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Carry out stock movements accurately.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ Counterbalance forklift experience.
• A valid accredited Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or NPORS).
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Clamp Truck experience.
• Or a willingness to learn, as full Clamp Truck training will be provided.

Hours & Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• No weekend working
