We are delighted to be looking for an Admin/Telesales Assistant to join our friendly small team.

Are you a confident communicator with great attention to detail? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Admin/Telesales Assistant to join our friendly team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry – Accurately input and manage customer and sales data
  • Telesales – Make outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and support sales activity
  • Meeting Bookings – Schedule appointments and coordinate diaries for the Business Development Manager.
  • General Admin – Support daily office operations and maintain organised records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in telesales or admin (preferred but not essential)
  • Good working knowledge of basic IT systems and data entry
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Hours:

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Temp to Perm – with the opportunity to join our team long-term
