Parcel Sortation – Lutterworth

Part-Time shifts available

Location: Lutterworth
Pay: £12.71 per hour: 09:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 13:00pm start / working 8-10 hours a day

MK Personnel are currently recruiting Parcel Sortation Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced parcel distribution operation based in Lutterworth.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

As a Parcel Sortation Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Sorting parcels ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving parcels around the warehouse
• Using pallet trucks, roll cages and conveyor systems
• Ensuring parcels are moved to the correct areas
• Checking parcels for damage
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, distribution or logistics experience is beneficial
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling throughout the shift
• Able to lift and move parcels weights may vary and weigh over 25kg
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods

Candidates must be able to reliably travel to Lutterworth.
