MK Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client in Bletchley for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their busy and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals with previous warehouse and order picking experience who are looking to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position. The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch. You’ll be working as part of a supportive team in a busy warehouse environment where accuracy, efficiency and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using picking lists or handheld scanners.
• Pack and prepare goods ready for dispatch.
• Scan stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload deliveries when required.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Work efficiently to meet daily targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Previous order picking experience is essential.
• Excellent attendance, reliability and timekeeping.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit, as the role involves standing, walking and manual handling throughout the day.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 2 Saturdays per month: 8:00am – 12:30pm
• £12.71 per hour
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity
