Job Title: SLA 3D Printer Parts Finisher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on SLA 3D Printer Parts Finisher to join our clients manufacturing team. This role involves post-processing of parts printed using Stereolithography (SLA) technology, ensuring they meet the quality standards the surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post-Processing of SLA Parts:
• Carefully remove printed parts from build platforms.
• Clean parts using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or other solvents in wash stations.
• UV cure parts to complete the resin curing process.
• Support Removal & Finishing:
• Remove support structures using hand tools or specialized equipment.
• Sand, polish, and finish surfaces to achieve desired smoothness and appearance.
• Inspect parts for defects such as warping, bubbles, or layer separation.
• Maintenance & Safety:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on finishing tools and equipment.

Shift – Monday until Friday 8am-5pm

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with additive manufacturing finishing processes (SLA,FDM, SLS, DLP).
