We are delighted to be recruiting for a well established company in Milton Keynes who are rapidly expanding who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm 

About our client:
Our client are a trusted provider of professional exterior cleaning services, delivering high-quality solutions to commercial and residential clients across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. With a strong reputation for excellence, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our growth and expand our client base.

The Role:
They are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the exterior cleaning industry. This role will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the exterior cleaning industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Attend networking events and industry-related functions to promote the company.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role within the exterior cleaning industry is essential.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Full UK driving licence (car allowance provided).
