Customer Service Advisor – Double Glazing (Experienced Only)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a highly competent Customer Service Advisor with proven experience in the double glazing industry. This role is suited to someone who already understands window and door products, industry terminology, and customer expectations and can step into the role with minimal training.

If you do not have direct experience working with PVC, aluminium, or composite windows and doors, this role will not be suitable.

The Role:

• Managing customer enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
• Providing accurate, product-specific advice on windows and doors without reliance on scripts
• Handling complaints and queries through to resolution with confidence and professionalism
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems with precise and detailed information
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure orders, queries, and issues are handled efficiently

Essential Criteria (Applications will be screened against the below):

• Demonstrable customer service experience within the double glazing industry
• Strong product knowledge of PVC, aluminium, and composite windows and doors
• Ability to confidently discuss products, specifications, and common issues without training
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of enquiries
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Professional, proactive, and able to take ownership of workload

Desirable:

• Experience using Admin Base or similar CRM systems
