Warehouse Operative with an accredited Counterbalance forklift Licence with immediate start

Location: Bletchley
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Warehouse Operative to join a busy, growing distribution site in Bletchley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hardworking person looking for a stable, long-term role on a supportive warehouse team.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 2 Saturdays per month: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and preparing heavier and bulkier items for dispatch
• Loading and Unloading
• Using a handheld scan gun to accurately locate and process stock
• Moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Warehouse experience is essential
• Accredited Counterbalance licence is essential.
• Ability to carry out manual handling and bulk picking work
• Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
• Strong attention to detail when scanning and picking
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
